Using to 5-axis CNC technology we can produce even complicated shaped surfaces. We use top tools for the excellent surface quality of the slats. We grind the lamellae or channels inside the extruder heads and polish them by hand to achieve a surface roughness of Ra 0.4 - 1.6. Precise assembly, grinding and after manual polishing will ensure a smooth melt passage of the polished channels.
In our production we use also electroerosive machining, thanks to which we can machine also hard, resp. hardened material.
We measure the manufactured extruder head on a 3D measuring canter and declare the quality with a measuring protocol to be sure that the part will be suitable for your production. At the same time, we provide a report for the surface roughness of the extrusion head.
Based on your parts list, we order purchased parts, internally we provide manufactured parts, we assembly a subgroup, we connect electronic and pneumatic components, and you will have preparedthe technology for your complete line. More information about assembly.
