We are able to produce the moulds regarding your technical documentations, or after your specification and common discussion we can prepare a price offer for you including design. In case, you have the physical prototype of final product, we can do reverse engineering and develop a mold for serial production.
Cooperation steps:
- Normally, we can machine the molds until 1000x500x300 mm, but after the discussion with our technologist, we are very flexible.
- Depending on your target number of final products in serial production, we will suggest the appropriate material, to ensure, that the mold will have the longest life cycle, as possible. After definition of the typ of final product, we will adapt and you can rely on the quality of material, which we use.
- Thanks to 5axis CNC technology, our machining centres with skilled employees are able to produce complicated 3D surfaces. We use top tools to ensure the surface quality. If necessary, we can also provide polishing of the important functional surfaces.
- Produced Mold is measured internal on the 3D measuring centre Hexagon. To proof the quality, you will receive also the measuring protocol.
